Return and Exchange Policy
For products purchased from Play Hard Hong Kong, you can contact customer service to request an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided that the product is brand new, unused, unwashed, and accompanied by the original receipt. The product packaging must be intact.
Play Hard Hong Kong does not offer returns for products that are in good condition, including:
Any product not purchased from Play Hard Hong Kong.
Any exchanges made more than 7 days from the date of recei
Any product that has been used.
Any product that has been unsealed, missing tags, damaged, or missing parts.
Free gifts and redeemed products.
Any underwear and socks.

Once you receive the confirmation email from Play Hard Hong Kong regarding the return, please use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance to return the product to the address specified in the email.
If the exchanged product was purchased together with other promotional items (e.g., free gifts or redeemed products), the value of the promotional items may be deducted from the value of the exchanged product.

Warranty Policy
Any product purchased from Play Hard Hong Kong that has a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
All outdoor products are produced with environmentally friendly standards; any damage (such as improper use, improper cleaning, rips, tears, UV degradation, misuse, or negligence) is not covered under the warranty policy. Repair fees may be charged for such cases. Please refer to the Repair Policy for further details.

Repair Policy
Any damage (such as improper use, improper cleaning, rips, tears, UV degradation, misuse, or negligence) is not covered under our warranty policy. Repair fees may be charged for such circumstances.
All products returned for repair must be cleaned. Unclean items will not be accepted for inspection and repair.

You are advised to pick up the repaired product within 14 days from the date of contact. If not picked up within 2 weeks from the contact date, we will not be responsible for any damages or losses to the repaired product; items not picked up after 3 weeks will not be held for retention.
