As one of the key pieces in the Eiger Nordwand collection, it has been tested and refined with athletes to deliver reliable protection, durability, and freedom of movement in challenging mountain environments.
Made with durable 3-layer GORE-TEX Pro fabric and a PFC-free ePE membrane, the jacket provides waterproof, windproof, breathable, and abrasion-resistant performance. The 100% recycled nylon face fabric enhances durability while reducing reliance on new resources. A PFC-free DWR treatment helps shed rain and snow in exposed alpine conditions.
The Regular Fit cut is designed with climbing movement in mind, offering a structured fit with excellent mobility when using ice tools, handling ropes, or carrying technical gear. The shaped, extended rear hem improves coverage and protection in poor weather.
Built for serious mountain use, the jacket includes a three-way adjustable helmet-compatible hood, removable snow skirt, underarm ventilation zippers, multiple water-resistant zipper pockets, large internal mesh dump pockets, and glove-friendly cord tabs. An integrated RECCO® reflector also helps support search and rescue detection in emergency situations.
