Return Policy

  1. For products that are purchased from Play Hard Hong Kong / Aeon Peak International HK Ltd Authorized Dealers, you may exchange or return the new, unused and unwashed products in-stores within 7 days of purchase, with the provision of the original receipt. Intact packaging of the product is required.

  2. Play Hard Hong Kong / Aeon Peak International HK Ltd do not accept returns of certain products, including:

  • Any product that is not purchased from Play Hard Hong Kong / Aeon Peak International HK Ltd Authorized Dealers listed.

  • Any product that is returned more than 7 days counted from the date of product receipt.

  • Any product that has been used.

  • Any product that has been taken out of its original package, without hangtag, damaged or is missing parts.

  • Free gifts and redeemed goods.

  • Any underwear and socks.

If purchase receipt is missing, please provide:

  • Date of purchase

  • Location of purchase

  • Purchase Price

  • Reason for the returning

Under special occasions, we may require you to provide product pictures for product condition inspection.

  1. Upon receiving the confirmation email from Aeon Peak International HK Ltd. regarding the returning, please return the product using a carrier that provides tracking services and insurance to the address we stated in the email.

  2. In case of the returning product which was purchased along with other promotional items (e.g. free gifts or redeemed goods), the value of the promotional items may be deducted from the value of replaced product.

  3. Aeon Peak International HK Ltd. reserves all rights of final decision upon the return policy.

Warranty Policy

  1. Any product purchased from Play Hard Hong Kong / Aeon Peak International HK Ltd. Authorized Dealers has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship is acceptable for returning within 6 months from the date of purchase.

  2. Any damages such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or negligence are not covered under the warranty policy. Repairing fees might be charged for such circumstance. Please refer to Repair Policy for further details.

  3. Required information: Contact information: name, phone number, email & address, and purchase receipt

Repair Policy

  1. Any damages such as rips, tears, abrasion or UV degradation, misuse or neglect are not covered under our warranty policy. Repairing fees might be charged for such circumstances.

  2. All products returned for repairing must be cleaned. Any unclean items are not accepted for inspection and repair.

  3. Required information: Contact information: name, phone number, email & address, and purchase receipt

If purchase receipt is missing, please provide:

  • Date of purchase

  • Location of purchase

  • Purchase Price

  • Parts that need to be repaired.

Under special occasions, we may require you to provide product pictures for product condition inspection.

  1. Products that are not covered under warranty policy might be subject to a charge of fee.

  2. Any components of replacement will not be returned.

  3. You are advised to pick up the repaired product within 1 month from the date of contact. We have no liability for any damages and losses of the repaired product if you fail to pick up within 3 months from the date of contact.

  4. Aeon Peak International (HK) Limited reserves all rights of final decision upon the repair policy.
